Shipping Policy

PADRE Research LLC (“PADRE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) works in small batches with a curated, limited selection of independently verified compounds. Orders can be placed at any time while inventory is available. Because quantities are limited, items may sell out.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Processing times may be longer during periods of high order volume or where additional eligibility or order verification is required. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

We ship all orders using FedEx or UPS only. We do not ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS). The carrier and service level for a given shipment are selected by us based on the destination and the nature of the order.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation that includes tracking information so that you can monitor the progress of your shipment directly with the carrier.

For domestic shipments within the United States, estimated delivery time is typically three to five (3–5) business days after the order has shipped, depending on the destination and the carrier’s service.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may be affected by factors outside of our control, including carrier delays, weather, and other events. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Domestic shipping is a flat $12 per order. Orders with a subtotal of $250 or more ship free.

The applicable shipping charge is calculated and displayed at checkout for your review before you complete your purchase, and it is added to your order total. Promotional codes and active subscriptions may waive the shipping charge regardless of order size.

All orders are prepared using standard protective packaging appropriate to the products being shipped. Our packaging is designed to secure the contents during normal transit handling and to support safe delivery.

Products are packaged and labeled consistent with their Research Use Only designation, as described in our Research Use Only Compliance Policy.

All orders ship from within the United States to shipping addresses located within the United States only. You must provide a valid United States shipping address at checkout.

We do not offer international shipping at this time. We do not ship to addresses outside of the United States, and we are unable to accept orders that would require international delivery. This policy is consistent with the United States residency requirement set forth in our Terms of Service.

In the unlikely event that your package arrives damaged, or if you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us so that we may review the matter. Concerns regarding a damaged delivery must be reported to support@padreresearch.com within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery, and you should include photographs of the packaging and contents to support your report.

Each report of a lost or damaged package is reviewed and handled on a case-by-case basis. Consistent with our all-sales-final policy, any resolution offered is provided at our sole discretion and does not establish a right to a refund, return, or replacement in any other instance. Reports submitted after the forty-eight-hour window, or without the requested documentation, may not be eligible for review.
